Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from abuse and understand how the site is used.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between pages and visits. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way, so this policy covers them too.
2. Essential Cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps you signed in and remembers your actions as you move between pages. | Session / 2 hours |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session / 2 hours |
| remember_web_* | Keeps you signed in if you choose "remember me". | Up to 5 years, or until you sign out |
3. Preferences
Your browser's local storage keeps your light or dark display preference and a list of providers you viewed recently. This information stays on your device.
4. Third-party Cookies
- Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact and registration forms to block spam and automated abuse. Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
- Meta Pixel: if enabled, Meta (Facebook) sets cookies so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts and show them to relevant people. See Meta's privacy policy.
- PayFast may set cookies on its own payment pages while you pay.
5. Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block essential cookies, you won't be able to sign in or submit forms. To find out more, see your browser's help pages.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy can go to [email protected]. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
